A Great Conversational Marketing Tool

Artificial Intelligence is a trend for the last years and no one can deny it. The technology is making big transformations in the market and is here to stay. In 2019 we are noticing the rise of chatbots. Actually, it is not even a trend anymore and has already proven to be a great tool and has even transformed into a discipline called conversational marketing.

Chatbots not only allow you to create an artificial experience with your customers that is consistent with your brand, but it’s also smart enough to determine the demographics of your customer base. They can be used to create a customer service in different steps of the customer journey and the bots even talk to each other. For example, the customer can make a purchase, receive the confirmation and consult the delivery time using the same bot.

With the arrival and growth to the mainstream market of voice assistants like Google Home and Alexa, the Chatbots are going to a direction of not using only text messages, but also voice for the service. A Voice Chatbot enables users to accomplish tasks on these devices hands-free and is available on multiple messaging platforms, synchronized across devices. We can already see it, for example, in the energy sector, in which the voice assistant communicates with the smart thermostat or answers questions about solar panels.
